No. Descant organises the evidence. The level of adjustment and the category of disability are decided by your team through your school’s NCCD process.
How do educators add evidence?
You send an educator a link about a student. They confirm it is them with a one-time code, speak or type what they have seen — and can attach a work sample or plan — check the note, and send it back.
How does a note become NCCD evidence?
Deliberately. The case lead nominates it and the right line manager approves it. Then it is linked to the adjustment it supports, so you can see which adjustments are evidenced and which have gaps.
